Deposit Policy (Large Projects)

At Arrow & Emberstone Co., we value the time and preparation required for larger service projects. Deposits are required to secure your appointment on our schedule, allowing us to allocate the necessary equipment and staff to deliver the high standard of service you expect.

Deposit Requirements by Service

Airbnb Turnover Cleaning – Standard turnovers: No deposit required; Large properties (4+ bedrooms): $40 deposit.

Deep Residential Cleaning – Level 1 (Light Deep Cleaning): $40; Level 2 (Full Deep Cleaning): $80 – $120; Level 3 (Severe Deep Cleaning): $150 – $250.

Pressure Washing – Driveways / Small Jobs: $40; Decks / Medium Projects: $60 – $80; Full Exterior House Wash: $100 – $150.

Auto Detailing – Level 1 Basic Detail: No deposit required; Level 2 Standard Detail: $40; Level 3 Heavy Detail: $80 – $120; Level 4 Extreme Detail / Restoration: $150 – $300.

Multi-Day Projects: A 25% – 40% deposit is required for projects spanning multiple days to cover mobilization and schedule commitment.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Services: We require 24-hours notice for cancellations. Any cancellation with less than 24-hours notice will result in a $40 cancellation fee.

Large Projects: We require 48-hours notice for cancellations of large or multi-day projects. Deposits for these projects are non-refundable, though we will work with you to reschedule where possible.

Rescheduling Policy

Customers may reschedule their service one time without losing their deposit, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Subsequent rescheduling or short-notice requests may forfeit the initial deposit.

Property Access Policy

Customers are responsible for ensuring our team has access to the property or vehicle at the scheduled time. If access is unavailable when we arrive, a $40 trip fee may be applied to cover travel and labor costs.

Liability & Service Agreement

By booking a service with Arrow & Emberstone Co., customers agree to the following:

  • Permission to enter premises/vehicle for the purpose of the contracted service.
  • Responsibility for disclosing pre-existing damage or delicate surfaces.
  • Agreement that Arrow & Emberstone is not liable for structural issues beyond the scope of professional cleaning/washing.
